Overview
General Manager Retirement Living based at Auchlochan, South Lanarkshire Available Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. Auchlochan Garden Village is the jewel in our crown, our flagship site, it is placed in that we showcase it to internal and external stakeholders alike. A place where people plan to go when they retire. Our aim is that the village is pristine in every way but at the same time homely, friendly and welcoming, attracting people that want to do lots of activities or none at all. It is a place where people feel safe, secure and at peace, open to everyone. We are looking for someone that is: Passionate about MHA and our values Passionate about our Village, services and residents Able to lead, self-motivated, team player and who wants to be successful Has a willingness to bring the village together, build on what we have and make Auchlochan a happy, vibrant village to live in Person centred with a real focus on their team and able to bring the best out in people. Our 50 acre Lanarkshire country estate provides peace of mind independent retirement living and is called home by a lively community of over 200 like-minded people aged 60 and over.
