Chef de Partie Fresh Food Dining Pub Good Tips 4.5 Day Working Week A Chef de Partie is required to join the team of chefs working at a food focused pub in the Towcester region Role: An award winning pub and restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of six working in the kitchen at the property.The menus at the property innovative, modern British dishes prepared in a contemporary style with all dishes created from fresh food using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be expected to be confident enough to cover all sections in the kitchen depending on where you are required to work.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high quality venue where you will be learning new dishes and assisting with pushing the standards forward. Requirements: This role needs an experienced Chef de Partie who has good knowledge of all sections in the kitchen with the ability to adapt to different sections depending on where you are needed.A background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens is essential for this role.
