A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a fresh food pub located in a Sheffield neighbourhood Role: A good quality, neighbourhood pub that has a strong following in the area due to offering all fresh food is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team working in the kitchen. The menus at the pub feature classic British pub dishes that are created with modern twists to give them a contemporary feel as well as offering an exciting range of specials with the pub serving 100 covers on its busiest days. This Junior Sous Chef role will see you working in a kitchen with all fresh ingredients where you will be expected to work across the sections and support the senior chefs with their roles. Requirements: The pub is seeking a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has a stable background working in fresh food pubs or good quality restaurants.It is important that you are capable of working under pressure whilst running your section in the kitchen to the high standards expected.
