Overview

A Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join our client’s growing business in Kettering. Your main responsibility will focus on the purchase ledger for the business and supporting the finance team. Specific duties include: Processing purchase ledger invoices. Preparing and posting weekly BACS payment run. Reconciling supplier accounts. Bank reconciliations. Investigating purchase invoice/statement discrepancies. Setting up new supplier accounts. Financial administration support. You should have at least 2-3 years’ previous finance experience, be IT literate and be a strong team player. Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills are also required.
