Overview
Experienced Service Advisor required for a franchised dealership in the Salisbury area of Wiltshire. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised motor dealership , dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone and liaising with the workshop. Good communication skills and clear manner required as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content with customers, as well as maximising the profitability on each job card through sales of additional service work where appropriate and beneficial to the customer. A full driving licence is essential in order that vehicles can be moved on site when required. As this is a role with a successful franchised group, there is an excellent salary package with a basic of circa £26000 plus bonus opportunity to give an OTE of £32000. The working week is Monday - Friday and every third Saturday morning.
