The day job Currently looking for a Service Architect to work on a major secure UK MoD client site and be part of this major account’s solution governance board, ensuring strategic direction and project alignment across a complex Service Design environment. You will chair and manage workshops across multiple teams to direct and guide change and strategy across Service Delivery, underwriting design collateral and identifying development improvements in process and pace within critical projects on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. This role requires an individual with the gravitas and strength in communication to challenge the status quo with constructive suggestions for change in a demanding environment are you up for the challenge? Essential skills Have knowledge and an appreciation of a variety of Service Management Frameworks and delivery approaches, for example: ITIL® Agile Prince CDCI • Create Service Design Collateral • Model costs and determine influencing factors • Knowledge of the following Technologies o ITSM Tooling o Virtualisation o Private Cloud Infrastructure o Virtual Desktop Infrastructure/Thin Client o Microsoft Windows Client and Server o Software Defined Datacentre Security Clearance It is essential that you are eligible to obtain and hold DV Security Clearance to work in this position Reasons why you should apply to us We’re big – really big.
