Job Description
We at Armstrong Evans are currently working with a growing and highly reputable independent lift company based in the South-West, who are on the lookout for NVQ 3 Qualified Lift Engineers based in the Wiltshire or Hampshire areas. Due to winning a new prestigious contract on the South Coast, they are looking to take on a further Service & Call-Out Engineer in the Wiltshire or Hampshire area to add to their existing team. The role for the Lift Service Engineer will involve; * Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing on a range of traction and hydraulic lift equipment. * Making minor repairs on all lift equipment if required. * Travelling to customers' sites, liaising with clients whilst working on-site. * Covering the 24-hour standby rota, attending to emergency calls in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Devon and Dorset. To be considered for this position, you must have; * An NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering. * A full UK driving license. * Previous experience in a similar role. * Full rights to work in the UK. This position offers a fantastic remuneration package, including; * Excellent basic salary up to £39,000 per annum. * Door to door travel time, paid for both standard working day as well as call-outs. * Plenty of overtime opportunity, paid at enhanced rates. * 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays. * Company vehicle, optional personal use available. * Company pension scheme, contributory.
