Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) Salary: 40k Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Location: Canary Wharf Benefits: 25 days holiday Overtime Progression Training Free Parking An excellent opportunity has become vacant on my desk My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in exciting technically challenging buildings. A salary up to 40k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include: Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning. Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors Qualifications Required 17th Edition City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations (or equivalent) Mechanical Qualifications With a great salary of £40,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
