Overview
My client based in the Milnthorpe area, are currently recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. In return, the successful candidate will benefit from a friendly working environment and a varied workload meaning no day will be the same The typical day to day roles and responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to directors Assisting with the organisation of meetings Acting as the first point of contact for calls, emails and written correspondence Drafting and sending letters and various other documents Ordering stationary and making sure the office is well provisioned Dealing with suppliers and customers ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times Assisting with basic accounts duties including processing invoices and raising purchase orders The successful candidate will: Be highly organised, methodical and logical Be numerate and have a strong eye for detail Be able to multi task Be comfortable working individually and as a team Be friendly, presentable and approachable This position is open to candidates both with immediate availability and to those with a notice period.
