Customer Service Agent Permanent £21,000 plus benefits Milton Keynes Our client has established itself as the market leader in their industry. This rapidly expanding business presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of the biggest change in the automotive industry for a century As a Customer Service Agent, you hold a really important role as the first point of contact to all their customers. This role requires individuals that are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and understanding the impact of providing positive customer experience to their success and growth. You must be able to attend an Assessment day on Tuesday 17th March 2020. Duties of the Customer Service Agent will include: Dealing with all types of inbound and outbound contacts - calls, emails and live chats To be the first point of contact for customers and equipment hosts Identify customer needs and resolve their queries Understand products and keep up to date with any changes Act as an ambassador for the brand Skills & Experience of the Customer Service Agent: Passionate about providing excellent customer service Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confidence on the telephone Strong clear verbal and written English skills Ability and familiarity with use of a desktop PC Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Strong people skills Working hours: A shift pattern is worked between the hours of 7.30am and 9.30pm. You will work an 8-hour day which will include one in four weekends.
