Overview
Our client based in North London are recruiting for a Liquidlogic Applications Support Officer. You must have LCS and/or LAS experience and have worked within an application team providing: 1st /2nd helpdesk support Answering, Logging, Fixing or Escalating calls as and when necessary System Administration - Account set up / Password Resets / Testing / Rollbacks Training Material Creation / Forms & Process Design / Custom Workflows & Process Maps Data View Security / System Recovery & Performance Office Visits / One 2 One Sessions / Remote working Please send me your CV for immediate consideration.
