Overview
My Client is looking for a Cash Office/ AR Manager for a 12 Month FTC rolling position to join their team. This role has overall responsibility for the Cash Offices in the UK, ensuring timely reporting to the Financial Controller. Some of the responsibilities & duties: Completing Bank Recs of cash & coins between SAP, Banks and investigating the differences. Core cash handling duties. Ensuring all banked cheques are properly processed in a timely manner. Authorising and ensuring all aged debt issues on cash on delivery Ledger are cleared down. Reporting cash issues. Manage a team of 2 Cash Office team and Cash office clerk. Experience & qualifications: Advanced knowledge of excel with an excellent attention to details. Manage, maintain and motivate staff. Experience of SAP processes.
