Overview
Senior Payroll Lead UK & EU - NW London - £53-58k - Permanent Due to growth within the business my award-winning retail client is looking for a strong and knowledgeable senior payroll professional to take the lead with its UK & EU Payrolls across 10 Countries, whilst leading a team of 3. You will also take a lead in supporting the implementation of a new Global HR/Payroll/T&A System To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment (ideally Retail or Payroll Bureau) Vendor Management Advanced knowledge with UK & EU payrolls Experience of process streamlining and continuous improvement Experience of managing a team, coaching and developing staff Been involved with implementing a new Payroll/HR system Experience of administering and processing UK pensions and employee benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideally have experience of ADP Freedom, EZlabour and/or SD Worx In return my client will pay a competitive salary, offers a fantastic and supportive working environment, 7.5% bonus plus amazing benefits including heavy staff discount, 25 days plus bank holidays.
