Overview
Invoicing Team Leader – Nottingham - £25,000-£30,000 We are recruiting for an Invoicing Team Leader for our reputable client based in Nottingham City Centre on a fixed term contract basis. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with potentially extra hours required during month end to meet deadlines. You will be expected to lead the invoicing team and provide a high-level service to the company and its clients. The role gives you the opportunity to use and develop your leadership skills to motivate the invoicing team to perform effectively and uphold the company’s fantastic, industry leading reputation. You will be required to manage workloads to ensure that all SLAs are adhered to whilst also easing administrative tasks from other areas in the business. You will be based at the company’s stunning office in Nottingham which has excellent public transport links. Responsibilities - Supervise and lead the invoicing team to deliver individual, team and company objectives - Manage the service delivery of invoicing , credit notes and WIP - Improve efficiency and service levels with suggestions on how to better operational practices - Proactively manage all regulatory requirements which impact invoicing and ensure that the organisations invoicing process is fully compliant - Provide specialist invoicing advice using your experience and expertise - Ensure targets are met and the team are structured in the most effective way - Mentor team members to improve their performance and enhance efficiency Skills - Previous experience of leading or managing a results driven team within a finance department - Advanced IT skills including Excel with the ability to pick up new systems quickly - Invoicing and billing is advantageous If you are an enthusiastic individual who possesses strong leadership skills and are looking to thrive within a lively and fast-paced firm with a fantastic reputation then please call Charlotte at Cherry Professional on .
