We are looking for an experienced Business Application Support Analyst. The role is primarily responsible with the support, maintenance and development of the business applications that used to deliver Gateway Qualification's products and services. You will act as the primary contact to support the business systems, responding to internal and external user support requests seeing the through to final resolution. As well as the day to day support, you will also take ownership and management of the business application modification and improvement projects. From time to time you may also need to assist other members of the IT team in supporting the business. Previous experience supporting comprehensive business applications as well as managing vendors and external developers is essential.
