RGN/RMN Night Manager Location: Warrington WA5 Salary: £18.50 an hour - 42 hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: nursing: 5 years (Required) management: 2 years (Required) NIGHT MANAGER RGN and RMN nursing opportunities not to be missed Are you a registered nurse, either RGN or RMN, with an active NMC Pin number, confident in your clinical ability, an excellent communicator and exceptional team leader? My client has worked hard to achieve a “Good” rating with CQC and are looking for a motivated individual who will help us take the next steps to achieving “Outstanding” My client is looking for a talented RGN’s/ RMN’s who can demonstrate professional and clinical best practice, have a track record of delivering real improvements in care, can inspire a care team to improve and have a passion to raise standards in all aspects of care delivery, This offer enhances the opportunity for those nurses who are the ‘best of the best’. The nurse qualified Night Manager will be an essential part of that drive to take the home to be the best it can be for residents, their families and for the staff team with the aim of achieving CQC ‘Outstanding’.
