Overview

An international law firm are looking to recruit an Associate lawyer into their Tax team in London. You will be involved in providing tax advice in connection with joint ventures as well as transactional real estate and corporate matters across a wide range of sectors including financial services, aviation and FMCG amongst others. Previous experience of non-contentious corporate tax matters is essential. You may have gained this either during your training contract or post qualification.
