Overview
REED - Facilities in Reading are recruiting for a Maintenance person to work Part Time for a client based in READING The part time hours will be 22.5hrs per week £10.50 / hour Day to Day task undertaking within the role will be - Management of of workload - Logging/reporting of maintenance task in premise - General upkeep of external premise. - Decoration of VOID rooms (when required) - Overseeing and management of Fire log reports, health and safety within premise. - Repairs within facility (eg. door handles/fixtures, furniture assembly, fixture of appliance etc) The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Relevant trade qualification e.g. plumber / electrician / painter / decorator Experience and competence in general property maintenance The ability to work in a flexible way Ability to plan a routine and manage own workload Ability to safely operate equipment relevant to the role
