Job Description
Mobile Maintenance Electrician Reading My client is a National Facilities Company. Due to an expansion of a contract my client is seeking a mobile maintenance electrician, you will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent 17th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Retail Duties will include looking after x4 sites. Two sites are commercial offices and two are distribution warehouses, based in Swindon/Milton Keynes/Croydon area. Covering all lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, led's, changing starters, small lighting installations, changing sockets and moving data points, fire alarm test, emergency lighting test, fault finding back to panel and boards, single and 3 phase work, ppm's on plant, general maintenance fabric duties and keeping up records and paper work, escorting sub-contractors. Hours are 8am to 5pm with NO Call out and overtime available. Salary with Test and Inspection is £33,250.00 without £31,730.00, with van, phone, fuel card, uniform, tools, company benefits, training and much more.
