Overview
My client is an established and successful bridging lender; they are now seeking an experienced Development Finance and Bridging Underwriter to join the team. You will be responsible for underwriting approved development and bridging loan applications in accordance to the company lending criteria. Reporting to the Operational Director, you will; Asses and underwrite loan applications in line with the credit policy Identity risks/issues within a timely manner Recommend loans to the Underwriting Director and Credit Team outside of your mandate Asses the risk attributed to the application, ensuring the loan is both suitable and fit for purpose Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Bridging/Development Underwriter Must have held a mandate Excellent communication skills In return, my client will offer; Very competitive salary Bonus scheme On-site parking
