Overview

Search are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator with strong OD / L&D and course facilitation and co-ordination experience for our client, who are one of the world's leading organisations. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT Key responsibilities are: Co-ordination: Use the LMS and Learning Portal to maintain L&D courses and run L&D reports. Track and manage training sign ups Assist in design, delivery and analysis of learning evaluations Produce detailed reports of attendee feedback which can be used for course evaluation and improvement. Coordinate L&D logistics and provide information to ensure the participant experience is high quality before, during and after learning events. Partner with business partners and others to troubleshoot issues before, during and after learning interventions Via strong co-ordination and stakeholder management expertise, ensure an excellent experience with vendors including facilities, catering and transport to ensure a high quality learning environment. Communication Manage participant information. Execute learning processes using SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and the LMS. Maintain our web and SharePoint sites as well as other process systems with current information about programs, events and performance support materials. Effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organisational hierarchy to ensure learning content and information is accurate and current. Consult with learners and their leaders regarding learning attendance. Data Analysis Manage collection of, interpret and analyse business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings. To be successful in this role you will ideally be an Organisational Development or Learning & Development (L&D) professional with a background in co-ordinating, designing, delivering and evaluating high quality L&D courses. You will possess either a degree and/or a relevant professional qualification and will be eager to further your career in one of the world's leading organisations.
