Overview
Support Worker Complex care package 30.5 hour contract ( days )- Permanent 2 x Full time Nights ( waking ) Up to £9.43 ph dep on qualifications and experience Chester Sugarman Health and well being in partnership with a national provider of complex care for adults and young people would like to invite applications for the role of support worker to work within a supported living service in Chester. The role is permanent offering a contract of 30.5 hrs per week (days) 2 x waking night opportunities. You will be providing direct 1 to 1 support for an individual with learning disabilities and complex mental health conditions. Experience of providing direct support to individuals with complex care needs including Ld, Autism, ADHD is essential personal care may also be required. Experience in positive behaviour support would be advantageous. All offers are subject to DBS and reference checks.
