Job Title – Senior Project Manager – Multi-Disciplined Main Contractor Package - £70k - £85k Company Car/Travel Allowance, Pension, Healthcare & Bonuses Location – Essex Our client are a privately owned, multi-disciplined Main Contractor based in Essex who work with an extremely impressive client list. They currently turnover over £35m and this figure is set to increase year on year. They are involved in projects throughout Essex & the South East and have built up an excellent reputation which shows in the amount of repeat business they secure. They are currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager who has experience working on a variety of different types of projects including commercial, education & industrial. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a modern and leading contractor. Your role as a Senior Project Manager will include: Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed Conduct and monitor toolbox meetings, health & safety training and TQM training, including site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality Assess the quality of work at all stages To be successful in the role of Senior Project Manager you will possess the following: Must have a demonstrated track record in Project Management within a Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractor Experience managing a variety of projects CSCS Card First Aid Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must be computer literate If you would like to be considered for this role or any other opportunities, please submit your CV, or for a confidential discussion, please call .
