Customer Service Administrator Job Coventry to start ASAP Your new role Your primary duties will be processing all internal and external customers' orders, ensuring the customer database is kept up to date, monitoring stock levels, co-ordinating transport, invoicing and dealing with customer queries and complaints. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, experience using SAP and/ or EDI ordering and have excellent communication skills.
