Overview
Success Recruit are currently working with a well-established property company based in North Essex who are seeking to recruit a Secretarial Administrator to join their growing team. The successful Secretarial Administrator will be expected to deliver high levels of service at all times acting as valuable support to the residential sales team. The successful candidate will be welcoming and have a proactive approach to their work. The successful Secretarial Administrator will be expected to: · Be proficient in audio and copy typing, having speeds in excess of 60wpm · Have excellent organisation skills with high attention to detail · Be able to work in a fast-paced environment The successful Secretarial Administrator will be rewarded with: · Being a part of a friendly and supportive team · A well-established and respected company Job Specification Purpose of the Role The Secretarial Administrator will be expected to provide administrative support to the fast-paced residential sales team. Duties to include but not limited to: Acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls, handling all incoming queries Logging telephone conversation notes to the case management system Ensure records and files are kept up to date at all times Audio typing letters and confidential documents for the team Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5:30pm Salary: £19,000 - £21,500 Dear Job seeker We value your application however we are unable to respond to everyone directly due to high volumes we receive.
