Overview
As the IT Support Technician you will be a valued member of a small IT department for a well-known and respected company. This role does allow for career progression, a candidate willing to learn and take on further responsibilities will be welcomed. The IT estate has a mix of on-site physical infrastructure and cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for all the existing infrastructure and software solutions including the maintenance and support of computers, telephones, printers and servers. If you have any experience with ERP/CRM implementation and maintenance this would be highly advantageous, but not essential, also you will liaise with our outsourced support consultants. Understanding of the following skills is essential: Windows Server Office 365 Helpdesk or ticketing system Active Directory services Network routing, VLANs and firewall configuration Knowledge of the following skills is desirable: PowerShell scripting Azure/AWS cloud solutions Use of an ERP/CRM application SQL databases VMware or Hyper-V environments If you have some of these technical skills I want to hear from you, as the client are flexible for the right candidate, also I have several IT Support and Infrastructure vacancies in Norfolk.
