Overview
Customer Service Job, Nuneaton Your new company A well-established delivery business working across both the UK and internationally. This business is looking for hard working and dedicated professionals to join their already excellent team. Your new role You will be working as an inbound customer service advisor for a large corporate company based in Nuneaton, delivering excellent customer service and providing support and solutions for callers. You will be the first line of contact for customers with a variety general queries and complaints and need to be able to work efficiently to log their calls while simultaneously providing excellent service. This role is working nights so you would need to be able to get to and from the business without public transport. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience within a customer service role and have a brilliant telephone manner, as the role requires for you to log calls while discussing customer needs. You will need to have a strong work ethic and be willing to go above and beyond to support your team. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills to deal with a high-pressured environment as you will be supporting with a multitude of customer needs. You will also need to have strong IT skills and ideally you will have previous systems experience. What you'll get in return The salary for the position will be £11.28 per hour including holiday pay, working 4 days on and 4 days off.
