Permanent opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist in a Luxury Private Office in the West End of London Your new company A Private Office in the heart of London's West End are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join and grow within the team. The company operates globally and is continuing to grow successfully Your new role The ideal candidate will provide a professional, warm and friendly point of contact in welcoming colleagues and guests into the office. Duties will include but not be limited to: Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours, where required to meet office requirements Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues Maintaining a tidy front of house environment at all times including the reception desk and waiting area to the highest standard Work alongside and provide support to the Office Manager when required and provide cover in absence Assist with board room preparation and refreshments Printing papers and documents when required Arrange courier services when required Acting as a point of contact and the 'go-to' person for general enquiries To be one of the designated Fire Safety Wardens and First Aider Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests for the company and forwarding on as necessary Distributing post Meeting and greeting guests in a helpful, friendly and professional manner Liaising daily with PA's and colleagues to ensure a smooth running daily schedule Be willing to take on any other adhoc requests around the business What you'll need to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills are essential Ability to work with colleagues of all levels Excellent in MS Office and IT skills Previous and current experience in a similar role within a luxury background Hours: 10am - 3pm Mon - Fri What you'll get in return You will have a highly competitive salary and a become a valued member of the team What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
