If so, we want to speak with you Our valued Client, based just a 5 minute drive from Chelmsley Wood, are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. Immediate interviews are available and successful candidates will be required to start on Monday 2nd March. Working hours will be on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am - 7pm, including weekends. Duties: Delivering a high level of customer service at all times. Transferring calls to the relevant department, as and when necessary. Working to call targets on a daily basis. Ensuring compliance standards are met. Ensuring all relevant information is logged onto the database. Requirements: Must drive due to the location. Must be available immediately. Previous experience within a retail or contact centre environment. Ability to work to targets and deadlines. Excellent telephone manner. Package: £18,000 salary with bonus opportunities.
