LEAD MULTISKLILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - DAYTIME SHIFTS Our client is a global manufacturer based on the outskirts of Leeds; as a result of continued growth, they now require a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer. The principle purpose of the role will be the effective maintenance and repair of all designated plant and equipment to maximise uptime. LEAD MULTISKLILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION Planned Maintenance activities on CNC machine tools (PPM). Reactive Maintenance activities on CNC machine tools (RM). Electrical fault finding with & without diagrams. (Drives & Controls) Custodian of the site layout, maintain up to date reviews for all aspects of layout, Buildings, Road Layout, Machinery and Equipment, Drainage, Services etc. Supervise and Manage the Maintenance Teams workload and priorities. Assist in the building maintenance for the Leeds site, ensuring statutory compliance. Ensure Subcontract work is carried out under the appropriate safe working policies. Develops, evaluates, or reviews plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities; assesses feasibility of proposals. Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness acting as a contact point between contractors and departmental heads and other suppliers, etc. Familiar with the environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and processes involved in the role and the procedures, practices and measures to manage the impact. Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
