Accounts Receivable Manager Job Coventry Your new company A forward-thinking organisation is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager based in central Coventry. Your new role You will be reporting to a Finance Manager in a AR Manager role, responsible for developing the Accounts Receivable team. You will be managing a team of approximately 30, responsible for processing and reporting on high volumes of transactions. You will assist in putting new processes and procedures in place, motivating and developing the team as well as liaising with key internal stakeholders to understand and ensure that the team deliver to meet expectations. You will also provide monthly, quarterly and annual Aged Debtors and AR Balance sheet reconciliations for review by senior management. What you'll need to succeed You will need: Experience of managing an AR team Experience of managing a high-volume processing department to meet objectives. Excellent Excel skills. A high level of written and verbal communication skills. CICM qualified (desirable) or actively studying. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
