Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a medium-sized, London law firm based in the West End. The firm are seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their busy Enfranchisement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Enfranchisement Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience in the full range of enfranchisement work including statutory lease extension files and collective enfranchisement files from start to finish along with Right to Manage claims and General Leasehold ownership issues. You’ll be managing your own caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it’s important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent organisational skills are also essential. In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £45,000- £55,000
