Overview
MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a 2 x Leasehold Officer on a temporary contract based in North London. Working with a fantastic public sector organisation, you will be responsible for delivering a well rounded management service to the organisations current homeowners and leaseholders. Responsibilities: Provide effective Leasehold Management Service to organisations homeowners and commercial property owners Monitor arrears and service charges, including providing advice around tenancy management Monitor maintenance programmes, consulting with residents on any planned major works Promote active resident engagement Ideal Candidate: Strong Housing background ideally within leasehold management, home ownership or income management Good knowledge of current Housing and Leasehold legislation and how to apply this into everyday scenarios Confident knowledge of RTA, RTB, shared ownership, leasehold leases, service charges and re-sales, section 20
