Leasehold Coordinator London, Ealing 35 hours per week £26,500 starting salary then £28,000 After successful probation Fixed term 1 year with possibility of an extension The role Do you have the ability or experience of assisting in the delivery of medium-sized projects in corporate environments? Do you have basic knowledge of current leasehold management law? If this sounds like you, I have the perfect role for you. We are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Co-ordinator to work with us to deliver the new Lease Extensions Project. You will work with your colleagues to provide associated administrative support to the Property Services and our Commercial Asset Management Teams. You will be required to ensure the Lease Extension Project is delivered to time and value for money and update our Lease Extension Tracker spreadsheet and be responsible for addressing and resolving all queries promptly. You will carry out lease administration services and process all statutory notices. You will be required to work alongside additional teams from Treasury, Finance and Property Services carrying out post lease extension and enfranchisement services. To be successful, you will need to have had experience of being involved in and assisting in the delivery of medium-sized projects in corporate environments, as noted above you will be working across different departments so you must have had experience of working across different departments and have excellent time management and be able to deliver to deadlines. You must be highly organised and able to manage busy workloads effectively.
