Delivering expected targets through showroom sales, including sales orders, purchase ordering of products, managing stock levels and showroom presentation standards. Communicating with clients and suppliers and engaging in telephone sales, both inbound and outbound. Responding to web based enquiries, including following up on web orders. Providing support to office admin personnel Dealing with customer complaints Varied day to day administrative tasks relating to retail sales Working with office based computer systems, specifically including sage 200c Profile Showroom Sales Executive - Customer Services Retail experience Ability to grow sales and an understanding of profit, loss and margins.
