OPTIMISATION & USER RESEARCH MANAGER £50,000 - £55,000 LONDON This optimisation agency who places a big influence on research in order to make data driven decisions is looking for an Optimisation & User Research Manager to drive overall improvement of customer experience. THE COMPANY: This optimisation agency is seeking a hungry CRO & user research manager to take the lead in understanding the behaviour of their client's customers. You would be joining a small but fast-growing team where you will be analysing and pulling meaningful insights, reporting on the traffic and mapping out the customer journeys. This agency places a big influence on qualitative and quantitative research to make data driven decisions. THE ROLE: The role is focused on the strategy and roadmap to drive overall optimisation and user journey. You will join the wider customer experience team to provide meaningful insights. You will need to understand qualitative & quantitative data and how to use this data to make informed decisions and improve customer experience. You will work along side the developers and designers coming up with the hypothesis for A/B tests YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: As the Optimisation & User Research Manager will have the following skills and experience: You will have been in a UX/CX research focused role prior Commercial experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics You will have previous usability testing experience such as interviews, surveys, user journey maps and focus groups ect.
