As a part of a cross functional and multidisciplinary squad, you will lead the customer strategy in helping to inform what we do next for our customers, and whether or not we get that right. You will engage with, and help advance the standards, principles and best practice in, a range of research techniques from quantitative statistical analysis to qualitative user interviews. You will also empower your cross functional squad to conduct research activities alongside you, and help drive our customer centric culture at Lyst. Some of the things youll be doing * Driving creative ways to collect and analyse customer understanding that will inform the products and features we create * Manage and prioritise the research roadmap in line with stakeholder expectations * Collaborate with the Director of Design in continuing the development of research and customer principles at Lyst * Be the confident voice of the customer in a supportive and empowering environment * Impart your wisdom and mentor team members in the art of research Requirements You will be a great fit if you * Have solid experience in numerous research techniques * Understand the interplay between business requirements, product strategy and user experience * Be able to find the space between the science of user research and thinking lean * Champion the customer at all costs, even if it means speaking out against convention * Be humble but driven, and thrive in collaborative environments * Know that being right isnt the goal, and encourage input and feedback regularly Bonus points for * An MSc in Psychology, but we know experience means a lot so dont worry if you dont have one * Experience working with large multidisciplinary teams with varying personalities * Mentoring and coaching researchers and non-researchers alike * Stakeholder management, project management and prioritisation What you will get from us * A rich and rewarding work environment, where you are empowered and entrusted to make your own decisions and manage your own time, and will be supported no matter what your capabilities or experience * Were open and honest, and actively listen to employee feedback to help us in our goal to become an awesome place to work * You will have impact, your voice will be heard and your efforts will be rewarded * You will have the support you need to progress in your career, no matter what path you decide to pursue Benefits * Private Healthcare by Vitality, from Day One of joining * Company pension (up to 3% matching) * The Lyst Clothing Benefit.
