Service Delivery Coordinator Location: Southend-on-Sea £20,000 - £22,000 plus pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days My clients are one of the UK's longest established providers of compliance solutions in all aspects of water & air hygiene. They pride themselves on quality and provision and due to expansion they are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their growing team. Purpose of the role: To support the Service Delivery Department Manager on a daily basis and to coordinate all administration procedures for the Service Delivery Department relevant to the delivery teams reporting to the position and acting as the link for the sales department. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Update previous weeks program by close of business on the Monday with actual compliance staff activities to enable wages to be processed accurately - 2 customer satisfaction surveys to be completed each week - Pass sales job leads to the Service Delivery Department Manager for Programming on master program - Raise sub-contract Purchase Orders and Laboratory Analysis Orders for authorisation ensuring that prices are within budgeted costs - Applying for security clearance for staff on specific contracts - Act as immediate line manager for supervisors reporting to position - Admin support for post clean report completion To apply you MUST have or hold: - A minimum of 2 years experience in an Administration role - Ideally have experience in raising Purchase Orders - A precise, efficient, literature and highly organised team player - Able to act calmly under pressure - Have the ability to prioritise work If you are interested in joining a growing company then please call Becky Goodwin on the listed number or ideally email with your current CV.
