Our partner is on a transformational journey to modernise and streamline its core people processes. A key aspect of this transformation is the implementation and utilisation of a new HR system. They are implementing CSOD (Cornerstone on demand) in a phased approach across all regions, offices and schools and are seeking an experienced Global HR System Product Owner to drive the future development of the platform. As the Global HR System Product Owner, you will seek to understand the user’s needs and turn these into technical solutions across all regions. Key responsibilities of the Global HR System Product Owner; Own the global road map and direction of the platform and process across all locations to ensure they remain aligned to ongoing needs, providing oversight for the HRIS team Be the Global SME for the platform and supporting technologies Own the Global Product backlog, capturing new business requirements from the global, regional and local businesses Ensure global business processes remain aligned to the global HRIS platform If you are interested in exploring this further and would like to find out more, please click 'apply now' and send an up to date CV for a confidential conversation.
