Overview
We are recruiting for a confident Housing Administrator to join a busy Housing Services Team, this role has a high amount data entry and telephone based administration duties. For this Housing Administrator role, there is free parking, training and a salary of between GBP16,000 and GBP17,500. About This Housing Administrator Role: Assisting Housing & Data Co-ordinator with data entry and running reports. Acting as the first point of call in respect of telephone calls in to the department. Message taking Outbound calls to property owners and general labouring enquiries. The logging of repairs, purchases and maintenance including, booking jobs, arranging quotes and liaising with staff, contractors and suppliers. The logging, tracking of repair completion, both internally, and externally using Housing Database. Dealing with queries in a timely manner To be flexible in providing cover and adapt to changing service needs where possible including; Housing Services, Health & Safety, Transport and General Administration.
