Overview

Scrum Master, Uxbridge, £55-65K £5K Car Allowance 10% bonus bens. You must have a solid background as a Scrum Master or agile coach within product teams actively applying agile principles. You must have experience working in an established, mature Agile environment as a Scrum Master looking for ways to improve the development environment / development teams through continuous integration, coaching etc. The ideal candidate will: Have solid experience as a scrum master or agile coach within product teams actively applying agile principles. Have demonstrable working knowledge and experience of lean startup / lean UX and continuous improvement Have knowledge, experience and supporting certification for multiple agile approaches eg Scrum, Kanban, XP, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe. Be experienced at managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously Have a good understanding of software engineering, product development, DevOps, preferably with a technical background Be fluent in talking the various languages found in a product centric business, from talking commercial metrics to stakeholders to talking tech with a cross functional product team Motivate, inspire, support and servant lead without dictating, directing or managing. Be considerate, curious, gritty, positive, collaborative and just generally excellent to other people Our scrum masters work closely with two or three cross functional product teams to coach and facilitate, servant lead and inspire in the delivery of our digital services. Our aim in life is to help each team move from good to great, working in better ways for better outcomes by fostering continuous improvement, ownership and empowerment, transparency, collaboration and fun. We are looking for forward-thinking individuals experienced in breaking down barriers, coaching the agile mindset and in turn further developing a self-sustaining and resilient lean agile culture within each of our product teams. The role has no direct authority over the teams you work with; it is your personal knowledge, skills and the relationships you create that will develop the continued permission of the team to do your job effectively. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in agile values, lean and continuous delivery best practices as well as Devops behaviours and principles. Candidates should be equally comfortable facilitating day to day agile ceremonies, working closely with product owners and their stakeholders, talking tech with product teams and exploring broader organisational change. This Scrum Master position is based in Uxbridge and is paying c£55-65K £5K Car Allowance 10% bonus Bens, depending on relevant experience.
