NEW VACANCY FOR A ACCOUNTS/OFFICE ASSISTANT Are you looking to work in the Creative Industry and be a part of a growing company? Do you have two year’s accounts and admin experience… now looking for a role that has a mixture of the two? Want to work in a part of a friendly, young and dynamic team… who wouldn’t want to be a part of that? My client is in the Creative Industry and they are looking for a confident, bubbly character to join their dynamic team. Someone who is confident on the phone speaking to customers, but also confident with accounts as well. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE? 2 year’s experience in a similar position Strong excel skills (able to produce spreadsheets) Sage accounting software A passion for the creative industry WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Maintaining the Ledger and processing purchase invoices. Code and check credit notes. Reconcile supplier statements. Reconciling the credit cards. Working closely alongside the Finance Manager to meet tight deadlines. File any invoices. Control of budgets. Assist with ordering offices suppliers and replenishing the kitchen stock. Taking any telephone calls and transferring to the relevant people. Posting letters on a weekly basis.
