Receptionist/PA Job Description We looking to recruit a permanent Receptionist/PA to join our West End based global investment firm. Providing both administrative and secretarial support, your duties will include: Diary management. Booking internal and external meetings, conference calls etc Preparing documents for meetings Processing expenses Assist with the billing process, raising fees and running reports Inbox management Updating the client contact database Filing Manage the Reception Desk Keeping the reception and conference area immaculate Answering all phone calls and transferring as necessary Meeting and greeting clients, offering and providing beverages Booking meetings and ordering lunches for all day meetings Arranging couriers Booking of travel and accommodation Carrying out mail merges as and when required Ordering of office stationery Data Entry Day to day diary management The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for this role will: Have excellent organisational, multi tasking and prioritising skills A good team player who can work cooperatively with others Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels Have good attention to detail Be calm under pressure Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance What's on Offer On offer is a salary of £22,000 Plus Holiday Working hours 9am-6pm
