A luxury hotel located in the Llandudno region is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef role Role: A strong Junior Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a country house hotel which has an excellent reputation for the high standards of dining at the property.The hotel restaurant has won plenty of awards and accolades for the modern British dishes that are served using plenty of local ingredients including those sourced from the hotel’s own kitchen garden.The property is also a popular wedding venue with the clients often booking on an exclusive use basis.As Junior Sous Chef you will be catering for all dining options with the expectation that you can competently run sauce whilst also being responsible for running some of the quieter service times. Requirements: A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has been working in kitchens awarded with at least two AA Rosettes is required to take on this role.A chef who enjoys being part of a strong, ambitious team of chefs in an environment where you will be expected to work to your best standards is required.All chefs must be confident to lead others in the kitchen with the ability to organise service times.
