Overview

Do you love cycling outside in all weather conditions? Can you deliver excellent customer service? At SMS eco fleet Limited, we have a team full of energy who loves coming into work to spend time with each other. We are now scaling-up and need more like-minded people to join the rider’s team and deliver parcels in central London. Responsibilities · Ride the electric cargo bike to deliver parcels to customers with a smile. · Work with the team to consistently improve how we do things. · Sort and load parcels onto the electric cargo bike. · Maintain and repair the electric cargo bike (training provided). Essential Requirements · Professional bicycle mechanic (preferred but not essential). · Pride yourself in excellent customer service. · The ability to ride the electric cargo bike full-time (training provided). · Value teamwork over individual performance. · Keep yourself and others safe at all times. · Willingness to do shift work between 07:00 - 16:00 and 13:00 - 22:00 (Monday - Saturday).
