Maternity Cover Vehicle Administrator Your new company You will be working for a fantastic company based in the heart of Carmarthen, specialising in the automotive industry. Working in a busy, vibrant car dealership, you will be sure to be constantly busy You will be in a fantastic office, working with a fantastic team who are looking forward to welcoming their newest member. Your new role Within your role you will: Provide fantastic Customer Service. Answer incoming telephone calls. Respond to emails. Ensure customers are kept up to date with the status of their vehicle. Ensure paperwork is completed. Liaise with Aftersales, Workshop and other internal departments. Reporting. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role you must have: Experience within a garage or a car dealership. Experience as a Vehicle Service Administrator - preferred. Quick learner. Experience with customer service and providing a fantastic experience. What you'll get in return In return you will get: 22 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays. Onsite parking.
