Maintenance Manager London, NW10 £30,000 Pension BUPA Parking A self-motivated and capable Maintenance Manager is required by this successful organisation, this is a stand-alone role and will suit someone capable of working on own initiative. Some of your duties will include: - Managing facility requirements ensuring buildings and services meet the needs of staff - Overseeing office services including security, cleaning, maintenance and parking - Ensuring that the working environment is in a suitable condition for workers - Monitoring the upkeep of the office to ensure that health and safety standards are met - Co-ordinating property repairs and maintenance, allocating jobs to nominated contractors - Managing waste disposal, heating, utility services and water supplies Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
