Overview
Family Paralegal A traditional high street practice based in Gloucestershire is currently undergoing an expansion drive within their Family department and is now specifically looking to appoint an experienced Family Paralegal to join the firms' established Family Team. This established firm has serviced the local community for some considerable time and prides itself on offering a variety of legal services to include family, conveyancing, private client and civil litigation to a well-established client base within the vicinity. As a consequence of growth and in order to service an increase in new instructions, the firm now wishes to hire a Family Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience who can provide support and assistance to a senior family practitioner. All of the work is privately funded and you will be required to get involved with the full remit of family matters to include dealing with divorces and negotiating settlement of financial proceedings. In addition, you will have an abundance of client facing time and you will also have the opportunity to enhance your advocacy experience by observing family proceedings at Court. In addition to having a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with family matters, you will be well versed in dealing with family cases and you will have a desire to further develop your technical skills in order to become a well-rounded family practitioner. You will be ambitious, have good academics and be enthusiastic about forging a career within the family sector. The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package in addition to being able to provide you with significant training and development.
