Overview
We are currently searching for an Utility Administrator to join us in our Finance department in our Shirebrook Office. The role will provide support at the hub of the business as it continues to grow. You will help drive through integration solutions, challenge infra-structure and bring efficiencies to an increasingly complex group. Key Aspects of the Role: • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. • Communication with the main energy bodies: suppliers, DNO and National Grid. • Undertake any tasks deemed necessary and appropriate by your line manager • Identify and implement cost savings and opportunities • Checking costs against Industry Standards • Liaise with Property, Projects, Facility and external contractors • Registering invoices to the Coda Dream accounting system • Identifying and processing invoices • Liaising with credit controllers and account managers to resolve discrepancies noted. • Ensuring all invoices when appropriate to be ready for payment as per payment terms in order not to pay any late payment charges. • Monthly statements of accounts reconciliations. • Support others within your team as on when required .
