Overview
MBA are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join an exciting global organisation based in Birmingham. As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people at the heart of everything they do. They pride themselves on providing an exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees. As a HR Advisor, you will be required to complete the following tasks; Working proactively with HR Business Partners to improve employee engagement and performance Influence and supporting with individual absence, capability and performance and conduct issues Relevant HR administration; drafting changes to terms and conditions and other letters to employees. Utilising data to create reports, focusing on patterns or correlations Guiding, coaching and challenging leaders on best practice HR. What we’re looking for from a HR Advisor; Previous experience within HR is essential CIPD Qualified (or studying towards qualification) Excellent understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible approach Confident with managing numerous activities simultaneously Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships HR Advisor Job Details; Full time role 35hrs, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
